BootF!t is the newest addition to All Fit Bungee, and its amazing and innovative fitness programs. Utilizing the benefits of bounce, the lymphatic system is activated, the impact on the joint is decreased, and core and large muscle groups are strengthened and developed. All Fit Bungee has developed a unique curriculum using the world’s leading rebound boots- Kangoo Jumps Rebound Boots, to incorporate official Kangoo Jumps technique, athletic moves, combinations, and dance/jump choreography.

Join us for a fun, low-impact cardio dance challenge. Participants will follow along to all genres of music, a little bit of Jazz, a little bit of hip-hop, a little Latin, and a whole lot of fun!Do you love to dance? Whether you trained as a dancer in your youth or just love to shake it, this is the perfect class for you. We dance and move all while burning calories. It really is the perfect workout!
BootF!t Basics is the REQUIRED FIRST CLASS for those participants enrolling in our unique curriculum featuring Kangoo Jump Rebound Boots.
Participants must register for class according to their shoe size and weight. In order to have a successful workout, the boot must have the proper resistance for each individual. Sign up for the class according to your weight and shoe size so that we may have the proper equipment ready for your use!

Kangoo Jumps is an absolutely amazing and fun workout for everybody to enjoy. It is a 50-minute intense cardiovascular workout that combines dance moves, running and jumping. Studies have shown that 30 minutes of rebound (jumping) equals 5 km of running!
BootF!t Basics gives you the basic training for wearing the Kangoo Jump Rebound Boots, proper technique, vocabulary, terminology, muscle toning, and stretching. You will also get an intense workout, even on day One!!!
The Basics class moves at a slower pace, and is low-impact on the joints, which allows the body to burn up to 20% more calories with equal intensity.
Basics is the required “first class,” but is an incredible workout, and may be attended over and over again.
MUST ATTEND AT LEAST ONE BOOTF!T BASICS CLASS PRIOR TO ENROLLING IN THE BOUNCE CLASS.
BootF!t Bounce is a Level II class for those participants enrolling in our unique curriculum featuring Kangoo Jump Rebound boots. BootF!t Bounce is the next step up, as far as a choreography and cardio challenge. Many participants will take BootF!t Basics over and over as well; both are great workouts.

BootF!t Bounce incorporates more complicated combinations, turns, increased reps and intensity, and will build upon the concepts of the Basics class, but further increasing intensity. BootF!t Bounce still includes the deep toning and floor stretching at the end of class.
Join us in BootF!t Bounce to do a lower-impact workout , which allows the body to burn up to 20% more calories with equal intensity.
