We offer a variety of bungee classes for all levels of fitness enthusiasts and body types. Our classes even help those with physical limitations that restrict their movement and abilities.

FIRST-TIMERS MUST WAIT AND ONLY ATTEND ONLY THE SPECIAL FIRST-TIMERS CLASSES, WHICH WILL HAPPEN ONCE PER MONTH MINIMALLY.
This is our introductory class where participants are introduced to the harness and bungee, and where basic bungee movements and terminology are taught. Class members learn proper bungee fitting, and will learn to trust the bungee, while getting a fun, full-body cardio workout that will rev the heart rate and build the desire to progress to the next level. Built into this class is the harness fitting, a weight check for proper bungee resistance, and basic education to help participants have a safe and effective bungee training session- may take up to 15 minutes. This class focuses on athletic and bungee technique, and is essential for bungee success. First-timers Bungee Rev is an abbreviated version of our Bungee Rev class- our most popular and successful class for bungee participants. This class does involve a lot of talking and instruction, but only for the safety and future success at All Fit Bungee. (90 minutes)
MUST HAVE COMPLETED FIRST-TIMER’S CLASS PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT.
This class focuses on athletic and bungee technique, and will include a stretch, cardio warm-up, lower body track, additional cardio, core, technique, and of course our fun, varied, and energetic Bungee Rev routines. Although this is listed as a beginner course, many advanced bungee athletes enjoy Rev classes weekly. Bungee Rev participants shall seek instructor approval before trying additional bungee classes. MUST HAVE INSTRUCTOR’S APPROVAL BEFORE ATTENDING THIS CLASS.
Bungee Sweat is an abbreviated version of all of your bungee favorites. Bungee Sweat will incorporate a cardio warm -up, weight training, lower body, core, routines, and some HITT training- we’ll do it all!!!! Plan on using dumbbells, chairs, weighted bars, and much more. Come ready to burn!!! 🙂 (60 minutes)
Sinner’s Sweat will be held on Sunday mornings for the die-hard bungee athlete. This is NOT a beginner class, and participants must have instructor approval prior to attending. Sinner’s Sweat will incorporate a cardio warm -up, weight training, lower body, core, routines, and class will wrap up with Tabata training- we’ll do it all!!!! Plan on using dumbbells, chairs, weighted bars, and much more.

MUST HAVE ATTENDED AT LEAST SIX BUNGEE REV CLASSES PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT IN THIS CLASS! CLASS IS NOT FOR ADVANCED CLIENTS.
Bungee skills class will feature a one-track warm up, an upper body track, lower body track, and the remainder of the lesson will be set aside for the practice or learning of new skills. Instructor will help individuals learn new skills, develop proper technique and mastery to further and safely progress in bungee training. Focus is on burpees, beginner dives, single leg dives, etc. (60 minutes)
MAY NOT ATTEND THIS CLASS WITHOUT INSTRUCTOR’S APPROVAL.
Bungee Blast will do and be just that- a BLAST!!! This class focuses on routines, and is cardio and choreography based!!! Class will begin with a cardio warm-up, an advanced leg and lower body track, and then intermediate to lower advanced level routines will be executed one right after the other. Generally, routines are not broken down in BLAST class, but participants simply follow along in this class, and members will see calories torched, and will have a blast while flying, bouncing and laughing their way through this exciting fitness experience. Participants must have instructor permission to join this class, but join us right away to have a BLAST!!!! (60 minutes)
Bungee Move is for MOVE QUALIFIED clients only. This is a pre-requisite class.
This is our most advanced class and is only for those who have been in bungee for over a year and invited to attend. Bungee MOVE will build upon skills introduced in Bungee Blast, and will challenge the participant in a fun cardio workout. This class will incorporate full-body movements, multi-directional skills, multi-levels, and advanced bungee choreography. The core will be engaged, and skills will build even more confidence on the bungee. Bungee Move participants should be quite familiar with their own harness and bungee fitting needs, and will be challenged in a variety of skills and levels- dives, leaps, jumps, aerial, gymnastics, body and footwork.
